        We recently moved into our new 50,000 square foot call center location in Caguas, Puerto Rico after a complete makeover by our landlord BH Properties.  Their ability to successfully navigate through the many challenges of re-purposing a vacant retail box to Federal Government standards while anticipating supply chain disruptions to meet a tight delivery timeframe was excellent.  Their long history and experience with the GSA helped to ensure a successful outcome.

          Having just completed the Puget Sound region’s largest office lease of 2022 with BH Properties, I can say with utmost sincerity that the entire BH Properties team was a pleasure to work with. From the first meeting it was abundantly clear the group had done their homework on their recent acquisition of a 200,000 square foot vacant office building in a suburb of Seattle.  Understanding that finding a single tenant occupant during the middle of a global pandemic could prove to be a challenge, they immediately went to work on a strategy of looking “outside of the box.” After a rigorous search, the strategy paid off with the netting of a 20+ year lease and a full property conversion from office to medical lab space. The BH Properties team was able to successfully navigate a very complicated lease by demonstrating early on a willingness to be creative and open to design concepts outside of the typical target audience. Looking forward to the next one!

            In May of 2010 BH Properties learned of the space needs of a newly formed church in El Paso, Texas that had previously been operating out of a hotel ballroom.

            After meeting with and establishing a relationship with the church’s pastor, Eric Hallback, BH Properties agreed to allow Rock Faith Church to establish their permanent home in a 10,000 sf unit within a two building 150,000 sf industrial property. Over the following 10 years, BH Properties worked very closely with the Pastor in providing flexibility and incremental expansion as their congregation grew. As the years went by it became apparent that Rock Faith’s long term space needs would include the entire property. As a result, BH Properties and Pastor Hallback worked out a creative deal structure allowing Rock Faith to acquire the property mutually beneficial for both parties.
